Celebrating our Chicago roots, our office will be closed Monday March 1st in honor of Casmir Pulaski Day.
Casmir Pulaski was a Polish American Revolutionary War Hero who helped train the U.S. Military soldiers. As a kid living in the Chicago Suburbs we’d get the day off from school. Though in Idaho now, we’re keeping the tradition alive.
Now if only there was a good Chicago Hot Dog joint, or Italian Beef Sandwich shop in Idaho.
