Adding Pictures to NextGen Gallery
In this WordPress Tutorial we discuss how to use the NextGen Gallery plugin. To create photo galleries and use them on your WordPress Website.
The nextgen menu is located in the left hand side of the dashboard. From it you can do a lot of things. Here we’re going to look at the overview of the galleries.
This gallery is called Birds. You can get edit options for each image just by hovering over each title with your mouse.
Here we’re going to go ahead and delete an image. It will confirm it, you click OK and your done.
Images can be uploaded in various ways. The Import image folder allows you to tell NexGen what folder on the server has new images. It will detect these and add them accordingly.
The easiest way to upload images is using the Upload images tab. It’s as easy as finding the images on your computer, clicking select, and then selecting which gallery or folder they’ll be added too. Confirm adding the photos by clicking the Upload Photos button.
